Katie Deutsch
I have never know a life without creativity. As a child, I used any medium I could get my hands on and translated that hunger into a design career. Being a designer means I can explore a variety of media and methods through creating interesting brands and identities. Hospitality design has enabled me to think from multiple points of view: the guest, the operator, and the marketer. Most of all, my favorite part of being a designer is having the ability to make the world a brighter place by injecting something special into the most mundane things.
Outside of being a designer, I spend my time curating my personal style and encourage my peers to do the same. Other than getting dressed like a mid-2000’s Disney Channel character, you can find me hosting RuPaul’s Drag Race watch parties, cooking dinner for my friends, and watching Star Trek with my partner.
